In the end

Eventually I was happy my purchase never arrived I emailed twice and never got a response then I had an email saying my item had been returned from Royal Mail I never had a calling card to say they had called I emailed again to see what happened got a response from Stuart and my purchase was resent and delivered in a timely fashion pleased with end result as confusion may have been royal mails fault this hasn’t put me off using them again and in fact I’m going online now to have a browse and see if there’s anything else that I like
