Shipping

Our standard UK shipping starts at £3.95 and is free when you spend over £40. Please see our shipping page for other services.

Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will be shipped that same day. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, they will be shipped the following Monday.

For UK customers our standard shipping takes 2-3 working days, express 1-2 days and we also offer next day services. To find out more about the different speeds and costs of the rest of our shipping services including overseas, please see our postage page. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Our standard shipping is not a tracked service but you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way. If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you’ll receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note the order will only be able to be tracked after 5pm the day is was shipped.

Returns

We offer FREE returns, you simply need to go to Royal Mail Tracked returns page (below) and follow their instructions. If you don’t have a printer you can ask the Post Office to scan the QR code in the email on your phone and they will print it for you. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible but we are here to help so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

We offer a 30 day free returns policy from the date you received your order. 

Any refunds or exchanges are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them however please allow up to 7 days.

All refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving them. It can differ from bank to bank and can take up to 3-4 days to show in your account.

Our clothing range is unique and for this reason we put the measurements on each product page to help you.

We would love to have visits from our customers but unfortunately this is not possible. However, if you are local or nearby you can collect an order from us if more convenient. Please get in touch if you wish to do so. 

If you go to the product page and select the colour and/or size you would like, you can click the ‘email when available’ button to receive a notification when it’s back in stock. If you have been waiting for a while please get in touch and we can let you know.
