Frequently asked questions


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Our standard UK shipping starts at £3.75 and is free when you spend over £40. Please see our postage page for other services.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: It is indeed. We use the very latest site wide encryption technology and our payments system is handled by Sage Pay, PayPal and Amazon Payments which are fully secure.  We are also PCI DSS compliant.

 

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

A. Of course, we like talking to humans too!

 

Q: When will you send my items?

A: All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same working day. If ordered after 4pm Friday, orders will be sent out Monday (unless bank holiday).

 

Q  When will I get my items?

A: For UK customers our standard shipping takes 2-3 working days, express 1-2 days and we also offer next day services. To find out more about the different speeds and costs of the rest of our shipping services including overseas, please see our postage page. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Q: How do I return something?

A: We offer FREE returns, you simply need to go to Royal Mail Tracked returns page (below) and follow their instructions. If you don’t have a printer you can ask the Post Office to scan the QR code in the email on your phone and they will print it for you. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible but we are here to help so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Q. How long do I have to return my order?

A.  We offer a 30 day free returns policy from the date you received your order. 

 

Q: How long does a return take?

A: Any refunds or exchanges are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them however please allow up to 7 days.

 

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: All refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving them. It can differ from bank to bank and can take up to 3-4 days to show in your account.

 

Q. What size am I?

A.Our clothing range is unique and for this reason we put the measurements on each product page to help you.

 

Q: Can I come to your warehouse to buy something?

A: We would love to have visits from our customers but unfortunately this is not possible. However, if you are local or nearby you can collect an order from us if more convenient. Please get in touch if you wish to do so. 

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Our standard shipping is not a tracked service but you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way. If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you’ll receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note the order will only be able to be tracked after 5pm the day is was shipped.

 

Q.I would like a product that is out of stock?

A.If you go to the product page and select the colour and/or size you would like, you can click the ‘email when available’ button to receive a notification when it’s back in stock. If you have been waiting for a while please get in touch and we can let you know.
