Frequently asked questions


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Our standard UK shipping starts at £3.95 and is free when you spend over £40. Please see our postage page for other services.

 

Q: Is your website secure?

A: It is indeed. We use the very latest site wide encryption technology and our payments system is handled by Shopify payments, PayPal, Klarna and Amazon Payments which are fully secure. We are also PCI DSS compliant.

 

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

Q: When will you send my items?

A: All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same working day. If ordered after 4pm on Friday, orders will be sent out on Monday (except for bank holidays).

 

Q  When will I get my items?

A: For UK customers our standard shipping takes 2-5 working days, express takes 1-2 days and we also offer next day services. To find out more about the different speeds and costs of the rest of our shipping services including overseas, please see our postage page

 

Q: How do I return something?

A: If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Q. How long do I have to return my order?

A.  We offer a 30 day free returns policy from the date you received your order. 

 

Q: How long does a return take?

A: Any refunds or exchanges are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them, however please allow up to 7 days.

 

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: All refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a timeframe of when you will receive your refund as this differs with your bank / card provider.

 

Q. What size am I?

A. Our clothing range is unique and for this reason we put the measurements on each product page to help you.

 

Q: Can I come to your warehouse to buy something?

A: We would love to have visits from our customers but unfortunately this is not possible. However, if you are local or nearby you can collect an order from us if more convenient. Please get in touch if you wish to do so. 

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you’ll receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please note the order will only be able to be tracked after 5pm the day of shipment.

 

Q. I would like a product that is out of stock?

A. If you go to the product page and select the colour and/or size you would like, you can click the ‘email when available’ button to receive a notification when it’s back in stock. If you have been waiting for a while please get in touch and we can update you on the stock status.
