If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

The unwanted items must have labels still in place and be in unused condition. Please note that earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.

We aim to process all returned items swiftly, but it can take up to 7 days to issue any refunds required. You will receive an email notification when we process your refund.

What if I don’t have a printer?

You don’t need a printer to use our returns services above. If you're in the UK, you will be sent an email with both a printable label or a 'label to go' which is a QR Code you can show on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office, where they will scan the QR code and print the label for you. Click here to find your nearest drop-off location. If you are an international customer, you can choose a postal service in your country to take your parcel to.

I haven't received my QR code from Royal Mail.

Please allow up to an hour to receive this email, there is sometimes a delay.

What should I include in my return?

Along with the item/s you are returning, please include your order slip with any details about your return noted. For example, if you are looking for an exchange, please write down which variant you would like us to swap for. If you have lost your order slip, please jot down your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and add this to the parcel.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

Please accept our apologies for this oversight, we regret any frustration you may have experienced upon receiving a faulty item. Simply follow the process above and please include a note along with the item, stating the fault and its location. We aim to send a replacement but if we do not have the required stock, we will process a full refund for you.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?

Shipping refunds from your original purchase will be issued at the standard shipping rate applied to your order. For higher-value shipping services, such as special delivery, the refund will be limited to the value of our standard shipping rate. Our UK returns are free of charge when following the link provided above, please note that we cannot offer returns shipping refunds if you choose to return your parcel via a separate courier.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes, we would be very happy to send out exchanges. Please make a note of the item you would like to exchange on the order slip inside the return (if you have misplaced your order slip, just jot it down on a piece of paper). If the exchange you are looking for happens to be out of stock, we will automatically refund you instead.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We aim to process all returned items swiftly, but it can take up to 7 days to issue any refunds required. You will receive an email notification when we process your refund and following this we cannot offer a timeframe in which you will receive your refund as this depends on your bank / card provider. All refunds are processed to the same card used to process the order.
