 UK Delivery

We aim to process all orders the same day when you order before 4pm.

If you order after 4pm, we'll send it out the following working day.

Please note, we do not dispatch at the weekend or UK bank holidays.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Is a next day delivery service, delivering up to 5:30 pm. Price is calculated at checkout and is based on weight.

This service is available for delivery on Tuesday to Saturday.

We do not ship on the weekend or UK bank holidays

International Delivery

International Shipping

International shipping prices will be calculated and displayed at the checkout, once you have entered your address.

Please note, not all services may be available to you, depending on your location and the weight of items you have in your basket. You will be able to see all of your available options at the checkout.

International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Customs Charges

EU Customers: You will no longer be charged any duties, taxes or additional import charges for your parcels, up to the value of €150. Your goods will be shipped from the UK but any further charges will be covered by the Hippy Clothing Co. The final cost of your purchase will be what is shown at the checkout.

Orders over €150 shipping to the EU will pay customs and charges. 

International Non EU Customers:

  • We do not charge UK VAT on non-UK orders.
  • The order must be shipped outside of the UK to comply with this.
  • You may be charged duty and your local VAT.
  • You will need to check with your local customs before you order, to find out how much this will cost. 

Customs duty is calculated on a number of key factors like commodity code, value of the item and the cost of transportation on the parcel. These charges must be paid up front before the goods can be released for delivery. The customs duty and VAT are not included in the sale price. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms when buying.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as we post out your order and will become active from 5pm on the day of shipment. 

How do I return my order?

Can I collect my order in person?

If you are local, you can collect your order from us - please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

What if my order is taking longer than expected to arrive?

Please accept our apologies that your order has not arrived in the suggested timeframe and allow a couple of extra days for unexpected courier delays which are out of our hands. If you still haven't received your parcel, please contact us and we will attempt to locate it as soon as possible.

Why is my parcel being returned to sender?

Occasionally, parcels will be returned to us as our couriers were unable to deliver them. This could be because of an incomplete address, failure to collect or lack of access to the provided address. If we receive your parcel back, we will be in touch to arrange a redelivery or refund.
