Reversible Tie Dye Popper Skirt

On one side you've got classic tie dye good looks, on the other you have a series of beautiful black razor-cut panels revealing rainbow-colourful cotton underneath. There's also a seriously cool attached bag that you can take on and off with a couple of mini carabiners and hooks, big enough to carry cash, keys, phone and a few more bits and bobs so you're hands-free.
