It's party time... our brilliant tie back rainbow party dress with cap sleeves is the bee's knees, a little dress your child will love to wear, fun and incredibly funky. The bodice is made from strips of 100% rainbow cotton with contrasting stitching to give it lots of interesting texture. The skirt is pieced together from lusciously colourful striped squares of cotton to give a gentle A-line, and the tie at the waist makes for a good, comfy fit. Groovy or what!
