Why is my order taking longer?

Royal Mail are facing an unprecedented volume of post travelling through their network. The levels are inline with Christmas and they are working with less staff, as such there will be delays. We have amended the estimated time to reflect what is realistic at the moment.

What's the fastest way to get my order?

If you need it super fast we offer a next day service with DPD which is running very well at the moment and they deliver on a Saturday.

UK Standard Delivery: £3.75 - Free over £40 (Currently taking 3-6 working days)

UK Express Delivery: £4.75 - Free over £80 (Currently taking 2-4 working days)

Are returns Free?

UK orders: Yes, returns are free and you have up to 30 days to do so.

Europe & International orders: Returns will be at the customer's expense.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

UK: Standard delivery your parcel will be delivered within 2-6 working days. Express delivery 2-4 working days

Europe: Your parcel will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

International: Your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
