The Yoga Studio Double Handle Resistance Ring for Pilates.

It is perfect for your Yoga or Pilates class, home work out or aiding your stretches pre and post gym.

The Pilates Ring can be incorporated into everyday fitness easily and without hassle; helping to tone and strengthen a variety of muscles, including arms, chest, abs, legs and glutes.

Lightweight and very easy to carry.

Core workout, abdominal, thigh, leg and arm toning. Strengthens posture and mobility.
Ring for Pilates that improves your muscle tone and fitness when you practice regularly.
Soft foam handles are padded on both the inside and outside of the ring for a comfortable, firm grip.
Designed to create gentle resistance for a variety of toning exercises for arms, legs core perfect for travel, is low weight (ring is not metal), lays flat and adds very little volume.
