Any item purchased between the 1st of November and the 20th of December can be returned up to the 20th of January 2024. After this, our normal returns policy will be in place.

Overseas Shipping
Please note the UK has left the EU and your order may be subject to import TAX fees and duties. Please check with your local customs before ordering

Customs charges.
Customs duty is calculated on a number of key factors like commodity code, value of the item and the cost of transportation on the parcel. These charges must be paid up front before the goods can be released into the Network and for delivery. The customs duty and VAT are not included in the sale price unless stated by the shipper at point of sale. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms when buying.
From the 1 July 2021 new EU e-commerce rules will mean that all purchases from non-EU online sellers will be subject to VAT, including those under €22. A flat VAT rate of 21% applies to all goods over €22. The rate of duty applied differs depending on what is being purchased, so a complex list of rates will be applied by Revenue. The duty rates could change and are dependent on what is contained in any possible Free Trade Agreement. The charges will be applied by authorities on arrival. If goods are valued at more than €150, consumers will face not only VAT but also customs duty (where applicable).
We do not charge UK VAT on overseas orders. The order must be shipped outside of the UK to comply with this.

Note not all services may be available to you at check out, depending on your location and the weight of items you have in your basket.
Returns
All items returned are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition the case of exchanges or refunds.
Note: Earrings and ear studs may not be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
Orders refunded will be at the standard rate of shipping if applied to the order at time of ordering. Higher value services such as special delivery will only be refunded up to the value of our standard rate of shipping. (Currently £3.75)
30 Day Free Returns Policy (UK Only)
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, within 30 days of receiving your goods you can send them back to us for free by simply using our Royal Mail tracked returns service. Please go to the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal and follow the instructions by clicking on the image below.
- You will be able to print your own tracked return label giving peace of mind that your return items are tracked through the Royal Mail network.
- If you do not have a printer you can generate a barcode or QR Code to be shown at a post office on your smart phone and they can print the label for you.
- Tracked returns can not be posted in a post box and need to be handed over at a post office counter. This is so they can be scanned and logged on to the tracked system for security.
- Please note, the address you are asked to enter when using this service is your own address. Royal mail already knows our address as it is our returns account.

The unwanted items must have tags and labels still in place and be new, unused and in a saleable condition. Please fill out the returns form included with your order instructing us what you would like us to do. I.e Exchange or refund.
Please remember to include your order number so we know who you are!
We aim to process all returned items swiftly, but it can take up to 7 days to issue any refunds required.
Overseas customers please return using your local postal service recorded delivery.
